A More Personal Way
to Practice Medicine

Fortiva Wellness is a specialized concierge primary care practice designed for patients who want a physician who truly knows them. Dr. Accurso intentionally limits her patient panel to allow for unrushed visits, proactive care, and ongoing access.

Her philosophy is simple: treat every patient as she would her own family. As a primary care physician, Dr. Accurso is often the first call when something does not feel right. Her responsibility is to listen carefully, educate clearly, focus on prevention and early intervention, and create practical, evidence-based plans that support health today and for years to come.

Why The Concierge Model Matters

Traditional practices often manage thousands of patients per physician. Fortiva Wellness intentionally limits its patient panel to a small fraction of that, allowing for same-day or next-day access, thoughtful follow-up, and proactive outreach.

This model protects patients from rushed decisions, delayed responses, and superficial care. It creates space for medicine that feels present, accountable, and human. Many patients describe Fortiva as feeling like how medicine used to be and how it should be.
